KCB Bank Seeks Talents: Managerial Roles and More Open for Kenyan Applicants in March 2025

Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) is inviting eligible Kenyan citizens to apply for various job openings in March 2025.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least five years of professional experience in the relevant area
  • Experience in sales management within the financial services or fintech industry

2. Universal Banker at Moyale Branch

This person will oversee the execution of all bank offerings to ensure the expansion and upkeep of these investment accounts within their designated office location.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree awarded by an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of four years' broad banking experience, including at least one year in sales, one year in customer service, and another year focused on credit analysis.

3. Supervisor of Surveillance and Performance Management

The person in this role will handle the implementation, configuration, and management of various monitoring tools like Instana, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and i2000. This work facilitates early identification and prompt resolution of problems.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Certification in ITIL Foundation for professional qualifications.
  • Having a master’s degree is considered beneficial.
  • Five years of professional experience in a similar or relevant position

4. Manager, Growth – International French-Speaking Regions

The candidate will oversee the development and growth of digital products across all Francophone international markets, including DRC, Rwanda, and Burundi.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university is required for management positions.
  • Professional Qualifications: Being a member of a relevant professional organization is viewed as beneficial.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years' experience is necessary.

5. Manager, Growth – Wealth & VAS, Digital Finance Solutions

The person holding this position will be tasked with fostering the development, implementation, and expansion of digital solutions across various sectors including insurance, investment banking, asset management, wealth management, and other non-banking entities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Professional Qualifications: Being a member of a relevant professional body would be advantageous.
  • A master's degree in business administration (MBA) with an emphasis on marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of pertinent experience is necessary.

6. Senior Relationship Manager for Chinese Corporate Banking

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for a specific group of Chinese clients within Corporate Banking. Their role includes fostering business development, overseeing the expansion and increased profitability of the Chinese market segment, and maximizing revenues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese.
  • A degree from an accredited university.
  • Having a master’s degree in business administration along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, and AKIB would be beneficial.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry, with at least five (5) years specifically in Chinese relationship management roles.
